I love sorting cattle. The job is usually reserved for the cowboys with the most experience -but lately I ‘ve been getting to do a lot of it!! Of course, it helps to have the right kind of horse – one that isn’t scared to move amongst the cattle, on that can move quickly when asked, one that understands his job… need I go on?
